Psigma provides consulting services including assessments, data consolidation and analysis for its clients throughout the world. Psigma enters into agreements with its clients and provides secure web-based access to its Psigma Online application to facilitate data collection and analysis based on question and answer scenarios. Psigma provides to clients a variety of online assessments to be administered to job applicants and current employees to determine their most pervasive characteristics and align them with current and future employment opportunities. A score is ultimately assigned to each assessment. The data entry process is manual and may include questions regarding skills, job experiences, unique employee ids, home and work contact information, current employer information, and reasons for considering new employment opportunities.
Assessees will be asked for specific personal information to uniquely identify the candidate or employee, to enable the Psigma client to contact the assessee in the future, and to conduct research to refine assessments or to build new ones. Additionally Psigma leverages its corporate web site to capture basic prospect and client information about persons other than assessees. Generally, this information is captured from a new prospective client interested in joining our mailing list or requesting information about our services. Personal information collected by Psigma often is limited to e-mail address, First Name, Last Name and Phone Number, but may include other information when needed to provide a service requested by the client or prospect.
Psigma will not share any client, assessee, or prospect information with any third parties without written permission. Assessees will not be contacted by Psigma unless such contact is part of the assessment process. With your permission Psigma may send out periodic e-mails to registered users other than assessees informing them of news and services. Receivers of this information may choose to unsubscribe to these mailings by contacting us. An individual’s information that is collected by Psigma can be requested by the individual by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org pending a process to verify the identity of the requester. You may revoke your consent to the collection, processing and/or use of your Data at any time by contacting Psigma at email@example.com.
Psigma will use or disclose personal information only for the reasons it was collected, unless a customer provides consent to use or disclose it for another reason, or law requires it.
Psigma periodically conducts research to refine current assessments and to create new ones. Assessee information is aggregated pursuant to this research in ways that do not identify specific, individual assessees.
Psigma implements commercially accepted security protocols to protect the security of your personal information and honors your choices for its intended use. We use our best efforts to protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Assessee information is shared ONLY with the client requesting the assessment. For persons other than assessees, personal information is never shared outside the company without your permission. Inside the company, data is stored in password-controlled servers with limited access. Psigma will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Psigma or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Psigma, and, (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Psigma, its Web sites, or the public.

Unless described in this Policy, we do not share, sell, rent, or trade any of your personal information with third parties for their promotional purposes.
