Personality
You can choose up to seven (7) intrafactores to evaluate the 29 that are provided. It is governed under the Big Five model.
Occupational Interests

Mechanical:

Preference for work related to machines and mechanical equipment, as well as practical activities or applied where there is constant interaction with the environment.

Investigative: Inclination for systematic and rigorous work which seeks to test the knowledge we have about a phenomenon or event.

Artist: Attractiveness aspects of creativity and aesthetics, as well as tasks involving emotion, imagination or originality.

Social: Preference for work related to social issues and the understanding and management of phenomena that involve individuals or groups.

Entrepreneur: Inclination for activities related to trade or business as well as those in which it is required to influence or promote both ideas as facts.

Administrative: Inclination for work related tasks routine or repetitive nature, which is not required excessive variation.

Cognitive Skills

Verbal skill: Understanding problems or concerns expressed in words. It has the ability to use words with precision and rigor, and to understand and use words consistently.

Mathematics skill: Ability to handle and resolve issues quickly and accurately quantitative problems. It also relates to the ability to establish relationships between phenomena and to express these relationships using symbols and models.

Logical Reasoning: It has the ability to solve management problems that do not involve numbers. This ability is divided into deductive and inductive reasoning.

Abstract Reasoning: Measure nonverbal reasoning ability through a series of figures presented in a sequence based on a discernible relationship.

Space Competition: It has the capacity or ability to perceive correctly the space and interact with it. Also indicates the precision with which they identify or perceive elements of the environment and its changes and evidence in a particular space.

Mechanical Competence: Ability to understand and imagine the principles of nature that underlie the operation of physical forces.

Perceptual Speed: It has the ability to discriminate similarities and differences between visual stimuli quickly and accurately.
